We keep no permanent office in Chiang Mai — service is by appointment and courier through Bangkok Headquarters (Lat Phrao 95).
Chiang Mai hosts several foreign consulates, including the Consulates-General of the United States, China, Japan and India. Nationals of those countries may be able to complete some steps, such as signature or affidavit services, in Chiang Mai itself. Check each consulate’s current services first, because their scope is narrower than that of the embassies in Bangkok.
We do not keep a staffed office in Chiang Mai. We serve the province by appointment, by remote notarial service where the receiving authority accepts it, and by tracked courier for original documents. Combined with the consular legalisation counter described above, many northern clients can finish without a trip to Bangkok; we confirm which steps still need one before you book any travel.
Chiang Mai also has a large population of long-stay foreign residents. Many need proof of address or income for immigration or banking, and the right issuer depends on nationality: some consulates in Chiang Mai issue these letters, others require an embassy visit or a sworn statement attested in Thailand instead. Ask your own consulate first. If it cannot help, we can prepare an affidavit for attestation, and we will tell you plainly if the receiving office is unlikely to accept that alternative.
Northern Thailand includes services, tourism, agriculture and inter-provincial trade. Premises restrictions and sector licences should be checked before signing a long lease.
Before filing in Chiang Mai, confirm the Revenue Office responsible for the real address and appoint a premises contact for official correspondence or a factual inspection.
Company filings are handled by DBD, while VAT registration is handled by the Revenue Department office responsible for the Chiang Mai premises. Names, addresses and signing authority must remain consistent across both filings.

The reserved name duplicates or resembles an existing entity
The registrar screens for identical and confusingly similar names as well as restricted words; submit several alternatives when reserving.
Objectives are too broad or cover licensed activities
Objectives naming activities that require a separate licence must be removed or evidenced with that licence; keep the objectives aligned to the real business.
Registered signing authority conflicts with how documents were signed
The authority clause — how many directors must sign jointly and whether the seal is affixed — must match how the application and every attachment were actually signed.
Foreign shareholder documents lack the required authentication
Passports or corporate documents issued abroad usually need notarization plus embassy authentication, together with a translation in the form the registrar requires.
We do not keep a permanent office in Chiang Mai. Clients there are served by appointment and courier through Bangkok Headquarters (Lat Phrao 95), the nearest permanently staffed branch. We never claim a shopfront where we have none.
In most cases no. Filings with central authorities such as the Department of Consular Affairs or an embassy can be handled on your behalf. Steps that legally require you in person — fingerprinting, or signing in front of the certifying attorney — cannot be delegated.
Turnaround depends on the responsible authority’s queue and rules at the time, so we publish no fixed figure. We tell you the authority’s own published window on the day you ask, plus the steps that usually cause delay.
Our team can review documents and coordinate translation, signature certification, legalisation and embassy steps within the agreed scope. Some steps may still require the document owner to appear or sign in person under the receiving authority’s rules.
We do not publish fixed prices: official fees, page counts and language pairs differ in every case. Send the document details and destination and we will scope the work and cost for your specific case.
Documents can travel by trackable EMS or private courier. Confirm the recipient, address and original-document handling before dispatch; the coordinating destination is Bangkok Headquarters (Lat Phrao 95).
Send the document details and the destination that will receive it. We map the correct chain before starting, flag what usually gets rejected, and run it end to end — as advisers, not just a filing agent.
