The role falls within work reserved for Thai nationals
The Ministry publishes occupations closed to foreign nationals. If the duties filed fall inside that list the application cannot be approved, and the job scope must be reworked.
The visa category does not support employment
A visa category permitting employment must be held before filing; a tourist or otherwise non-working category leaves nothing to process.
Employer documents are outdated or inconsistent
The company affidavit, shareholder list and social-security evidence must be current and mutually consistent — for instance the workplace address filed versus the registered address.
Qualifications do not match the position applied for
Degree certificates and experience letters must support the stated role, and foreign-issued ones generally need certification and translation in the required form.
We do not keep a permanent office in Prachuap Khiri Khan. Clients there are served by appointment and courier through Bangkok Headquarters (Lat Phrao 95), the nearest permanently staffed branch. We never claim a shopfront where we have none.
In most cases no. Filings with central authorities such as the Department of Consular Affairs or an embassy can be handled on your behalf. Steps that legally require you in person — fingerprinting, or signing in front of the certifying attorney — cannot be delegated.
Turnaround depends on the responsible authority’s queue and rules at the time, so we publish no fixed figure. We tell you the authority’s own published window on the day you ask, plus the steps that usually cause delay.
Our team can review documents and coordinate translation, signature certification, legalisation and embassy steps within the agreed scope. Some steps may still require the document owner to appear or sign in person under the receiving authority’s rules.
We do not publish fixed prices: official fees, page counts and language pairs differ in every case. Send the document details and destination and we will scope the work and cost for your specific case.
Documents can travel by trackable EMS or private courier. Confirm the recipient, address and original-document handling before dispatch; the coordinating destination is Bangkok Headquarters (Lat Phrao 95).
Send the document details and the destination that will receive it. We map the correct chain before starting, flag what usually gets rejected, and run it end to end — as advisers, not just a filing agent.
