According to the HCCH status table checked on 29 Oct 2026, Indonesia (in force 4 Jun 2022), Singapore (16 Sep 2021), the Philippines (14 May 2019) and Vietnam (11 Sep 2026) are Apostille parties, while Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar are not listed. Before 28 February 2027, Thai documents for all of them need Department of Consular Affairs and destination-embassy legalisation. Afterwards, members that do not object to Thailand will accept an apostille. The Philippines and Vietnam are marked as accessions open to objection, so check the objections list first.
