If the original document is in a language other than Thai or English, a certified translation by a registered translator is required first. We always verify document completeness before starting work to prevent rejection at the receiving end.
Why Choose Thai Notary Law Service — Thai Notary Law Service has been operating since 2010 and has handled documents for individual and corporate clients nationwide including Thai citizens, foreign nationals, listed companies, international organisations and government bodies. We understand the specific local rules and customs of Thailand that influence international document recognition. We maintain regular contact with the relevant government offices in Thailand to keep Notary Public (Notarial Services Attorney) processing smooth.
Comparison: DIY vs Hiring Us — Many people ask "Can I do this myself?" The answer is yes — but at a real cost in time and risk. The DIY route requires travelling to the MFA Consular Department on Chaeng Watthana Road (1-2 hour queue, fees THB 200-800 per set) and booking embassy appointments 1-3 weeks ahead. We maintain regular contact with the relevant government offices in Thailand to keep Notary Public (Notarial Services Attorney) processing smooth. Our service uses the Premium Lane at MFA, returns documents within 1-2 days, and operates a Same-day queue for major embassies (US, China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Australia). When you compare true total cost — fuel, lost work hours, risk of rejection — DIY usually exceeds our fee by 30-50%. Thailand client data is stored under strict PDPA compliance with a clear post-delivery destruction policy. For out-of-province or overseas clients, hiring us is the most cost-effective option because there is no travel and no risk of incomplete forms.
Real Customer Case Study — Real case study: Ahmad (PhD student from Jordan) contacted us on LINE one Monday morning needing Notary Public (Notarial Services Attorney) delivered to Thailand within 5 days. Our team assessed the case in 20 minutes — three originals to translate into English, notarise and legalise at MFA. We sent the quote within the hour; the client paid by noon. Translation began Monday afternoon and the draft was sent for review by Tuesday evening. Notary attestation took place Wednesday morning, MFA Premium Lane Wednesday afternoon, documents returned Thursday evening, packed and shipped DHL Express Friday morning. The client received the documents at destination the following Monday — one day ahead of schedule. Total cost: THB 8,500 inclusive of all fees and courier. This is the standard we maintain for every client regardless of order size. Complex Thailand cases bound for international authorities are handled by a senior advisory team. Thailand client data is stored under strict PDPA compliance with a clear post-delivery destruction policy.
Risk Management & Data Protection — Something most clients don't know: roughly 18% of documents submitted DIY are rejected by the destination authority on the first attempt. The usual causes are mismatched certification format, wrong sequence of steps, or translation discrepancies. Staff handling the Thailand catchment area undergo specialised training on cross-border documents every quarter. We prevent these problems with a destination-requirements database for 80+ countries, refreshed monthly. Every case passes a 4-layer review (Pre-flight, Translation QA, Notary Review, Final QC), and if something goes wrong on our side, our Professional Indemnity coverage protects up to THB 5,000,000. Thailand is one of the regions where we operate a dedicated Notary Public (Notarial Services Attorney) coordination centre with same-day response. All personal data is handled under PDPA with a clear post-delivery destruction policy.
Worldwide Service Coverage — Our delivery network covering Thailand and the rest of the country includes: an in-house messenger team of 8 covering Bangkok and surrounding areas in a 360° radius; nationwide carrier partnerships with Kerry, Flash, J&T and Thailand Post for 1-2 day delivery to any province; international carriers DHL Express, FedEx International Priority and EMS World for 3-5 day worldwide delivery; and 2,400+ partner pickup points at 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Central and Robinson. Every shipment includes real-time tracking and document-value insurance per carrier standards. Reach LINE @THAINOTARY for the option that fits you best.

Home Affairs
