The document was signed before meeting the attorney
A signature certification states that the signer signed in the attorney’s presence. If it was signed earlier, that fact cannot be certified and the document must be re-signed in person.
The destination asked for an apostille
Thailand is not a party to the Apostille Convention. Thai documents instead run through MFA legalization and then the destination embassy; tell the receiving party this at the outset.
Expired ID, or a name spelled differently from the document
