We prepare the paperwork, file for a Royal Thai Police clearance for Thais and foreigners, then translate and legalise it so it is ready for visas, jobs or marriage abroad.

⚖️ Thai Notary Law Team — attorneys registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand
The Police Clearance Certificate is issued by the Police Clearance Service Center of the Royal Thai Police. Applicants must give fingerprints — in Thailand at the center or an accepting police station; abroad through a Thai embassy/consulate or local police, then the set is sent in. For use overseas the certificate is translated, legalised at the Department of Consular Affairs and then by the destination embassy (the Apostille applies to Thailand from 28 February 2027).

The certificate is most often requested for overseas work, study and permanent-residence visas; by foreigners who previously lived in Thailand and now apply elsewhere; for cross-border marriage or adoption; and by employers screening new hires. Each authority sets its own accepted age of the document, translation format and level of legalisation, so we ask for the receiving authority's checklist before starting.

Criminal record results are sensitive data under Thailand's PDPA B.E. 2562. We use them only for the task you instruct and release results only to you or the person you name.

Criminal check with full translation and certification for visa, immigration, employment, or education abroad. price on request.
Employee criminal background check for organizations, individual or bulk. price on request.
A criminal background check from the Criminal Records Division (CID) of the Royal Thai Police is required for permanent residency (PR), work permits, citizenship, marriage registration in some countries, and onboarding at certain multinationals. The original is in Thai and not directly usable abroad — it must pass translation + Notary + MFA + Apostille or embassy first.
CID issues two formats: (1) an English Police Clearance Certificate directly from CID (7–14 business days), and (2) a faster Thai version that needs additional translation and certification. Choice depends on the destination — Australia and New Zealand accept only the English Police Clearance, while European countries and the US accept Notary-certified translations.
We handle the entire pipeline — preparing documents at the Government Complex (ID/passport copy, photo, fingerprinting), filing with CID, tracking, collecting results, translating, Notary certification, MFA filing, and embassy/Apostille — in one bundle. Clients never need to visit the Government Complex themselves.
Pricing starts at price on request for the check alone and price on request for the full international-ready bundle (depending on country). Tax invoices available for corporate clients. We also serve overseas clients who need to verify a Thai national for employment or marriage.
Prepare ID/passport copy + two 2-inch photos + fingerprint scan.

Collect CID document and translate into destination language by Notary-certified translator.
File MFA Department of Consular Affairs — 2–3 business days.
Submit to destination embassy or issue Apostille — 3–7 business days.

| China (Work Permit / PR) | Chinese translation + Notary + MFA + Chinese Embassy | Apostille does not apply to Thai-issued documents until 28 Feb 2027 |
| Europe (Schengen) | Translation + Apostille | Accepts Apostille issued within the past 6 months |
