ขั้นตอนการให้บริการ จดทะเบียนสมรส (คนไทย × คนไทย, ต่างชาติ × ต่างชาติในไทย) แบ่งออกเป็น 6 ขั้นตอนหลัก แต่ละขั้นตอนมีมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบที่ชัดเจนและมีเวลาโดยประมาณให้ลูกค้าใช้วางแผน หากขั้นตอนใดใช้เวลานานกว่าที่แจ้ง ทีมของเราจะรีบชี้แจงเหตุผลและเสนอทางเลือกเสริม

ก่อนเริ่มงาน ทีมของเราจะออกใบเสนอราคาที่ระบุรายการทั้งหมดครบถ้วน หากภายหลังพบว่าต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเนื่องจากเงื่อนไขพิเศษของหน่วยงานปลายทาง (เช่น ต้องประทับตราซ้ำ / ต้องแปลเป็นภาษาที่สาม) ทีมจะต้องได้รับการยืนยันจากลูกค้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนดำเนินการเสมอ
