Thai Notary Law operates a centralized certification hub in Bangkok, with regional partner desks and a nationwide courier network. This hub-and-spoke model means that the certification SLA — for Ministry of Justice (MOJ) endorsement, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) consular legalization, and embassy stamping — is identical for a client in Mae Hong Son and a client in Sukhumvit. The only variable is the shipping leg.
For Notary Public work (which requires the signer to be physically present before a Notarial Services Attorney), we offer three modalities: (1) walk-in at our Bangkok head office or a partner desk; (2) on-site attorney dispatch within Bangkok Metropolitan Region (2–4 hour window) or to any province for a travel fee; and (3) video-link signing where the law permits — common for U.S. and Australian-bound documents.
Below you will find every Bangkok district and every Thai province we serve, organized by region. Each linked page includes local context (nearby landmarks, embassy proximity, district registry office, courier estimates from our hub) so you can plan your timing accurately.
Same-day notary dispatch available. Embassy district pages (Pathum Wan, Bang Rak, Watthana, Khlong Toei) include consulate-walking routes from each MRT/BTS station.
Service fees are identical nationwide. Shipping: EMS (1–2 business days) or DHL Express (same-day to most provinces).
We serve Thai nationals and foreign residents in many countries. Document flow: you scan the original → we prepare the certified translation and arrange MOJ/MFA/embassy stamping in Bangkok → we DHL Express the finished documents to your address (1–4 business days globally). For documents requiring original signatures abroad, we send draft PDFs first for verification.
Popular international corridors include: USA, UK, Germany, Australia (NAATI translation route), New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. For Hague Apostille countries, see our /apostille service page.
We provide Notary Public, certified translation, MOJ, MFA legalization, embassy legalization, and police clearance services across all 77 provinces of Thailand and 50 Bangkok districts. On-site dispatch is available in Bangkok and Greater Bangkok within 24 hours; nationwide service is fulfilled by EMS/Kerry/DHL with full chain-of-custody tracking.
Document processing speed (MOJ/MFA/Embassy) is identical regardless of where you live — the same SLA applies because all certifications are performed in Bangkok. The only difference is shipping time (1–2 business days via EMS, same-day via DHL Express). For Notary Public signing, we can dispatch a Notarial Services Attorney to any province for a travel fee, or arrange video-link signing where permitted.
Our head office is in Bangkok (Lat Phrao). We also operate partner desks in Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya (Chonburi), Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai (Songkhla) for client meetings and document drop-off. For other provinces, we offer a free pickup service for orders above price on request within Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
Yes. We offer on-site Notarial Services Attorney dispatch to any Bangkok district (and Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan) for a service fee price on request. Typical arrival window is 2–4 hours from confirmation. Multi-signer corporate signings can be scheduled in advance.
Based on 2025 demand data: Pathum Wan, Bang Rak (Silom/Sathorn), Watthana (Asoke/Phrom Phong), Khlong Toei (embassy row), and Chatuchak (BTS/MRT interchange) account for ~68% of all corporate notary requests. These are embassy-dense or CBD areas. Lat Phrao (our HQ) covers the eastern residential corridor.
Yes — Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao (the three EEC provinces) are among our top 5 upcountry markets, driven by foreign-invested manufacturing, BOI applications, and expatriate visa documentation. We have weekly courier runs to industrial estates including Amata City, WHA, Hemaraj, and Map Ta Phut.
For overseas clients: (1) Scan & email originals — we draft, then DHL hardcopies for signature; (2) DHL/FedEx originals to our Bangkok office; (3) Video-link verification for permitted document types. We support clients in many countries; finished documents are couriered back via DHL Express (1–4 business days globally).
Most requests come from Bangkok and surrounding provinces; other provinces are served by appointment through partners. Top destination countries: USA, UK, Germany, Australia, China, Japan, Vietnam, and UAE. Our embassy-row coverage (Wireless Road, Sathorn, Sukhumvit) means we can hand-walk documents to most consulates the same day.
Service fees (translation, notary, legalization) are identical nationwide — we publish a single price list. Only shipping/on-site dispatch is charged separately based on distance. There are no hidden "upcountry surcharges". See our /pricing page for the full 2026 rate card.
If you live in a province: use your province page for local context, courier estimates, and provincial registry guidance. If you need same-day notary or embassy submission: use the relevant Bangkok district page. Both link to the same booking flow with identical pricing — the location pages exist purely to surface location-specific logistics.
