The Non-Immigrant O-A long-stay visa, applied for at a Thai embassy overseas before arrival, grants an initial one-year stay with one re-entry, requires the same 800,000 THB threshold but additionally mandates Thai-issued health insurance with 400,000 THB inpatient and 40,000 THB outpatient cover. The Non-Immigrant O-X 10-year visa requires 3,000,000 THB or 1,800,000 THB plus 1,200,000 THB annual income, and is restricted to nationals of 14 specified countries.
