Prices shown on this website are approximate starting rates and may change according to document complexity, quantity, and specific requirements. The price stated in the formal Quotation or confirmed by our Admin staff shall prevail.
Full payment according to the quotation is required before work begins.
For higher-value engagements, a 50% deposit according to the quotation constitutes acceptance of the service, with the balance due on delivery.
Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Translations are executed based solely on the original document provided. Any alterations to the source text after the work has commenced or been approved will be treated as a new assignment and charged accordingly.
The Company's services are limited to document translation and certification only. The Company explicitly declines any request to provide testimony to police authorities or appear as a witness in court proceedings.
The Company warrants the accuracy of the translation for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Corrections regarding translation errors (e.g., spelling, terminology) are provided free of charge within this period, provided such corrections do not deviate from the original source text.
Requests for corrections made after the 30-day period, or modifications based on preference rather than accuracy, will satisfy the criteria for a new service charge.
The Company's total liability for any claims arising out of the services provided is strictly limited to the value of the service fee paid by the Customer for the specific translation work.
Each quotation states the scope of work, document count, languages and certification steps included. A quotation is valid for the period stated in that document; once it lapses or the scope changes, staff issue a new quotation. Work commences only after the customer confirms the quotation and pays according to Section 1.
The customer warrants that source documents supplied are genuine and that they are entitled to use them. The Company is not obliged to verify the authenticity of originals issued by other authorities. If a source document contains an error, the translation will reflect that source, and corrections arising from a replacement original are treated as new work under Section 2.1.
Delivery follows the channel agreed in the quotation. Originals left in our custody are stored securely and returned on delivery. If documents are not collected within the notified period, the Company will contact the customer through the channels provided before handling the documents under its internal procedure.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute arising from the services falls within the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
